- Lead project planning and execution, including timeline management, resource coordination, and milestone tracking use a range of project management and CRM tools to track progress, manage tasks, and document decisions.
- Support Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models, including planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain Gantt charts, work breakdown structures, and timelines to ensure clear visibility of progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Provide regular status reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including executive summaries, key risks, and next steps utilizing your indepth business and technical know-how.
- Manage issue tracking and escalation processes, proactively identifying roadblocks and coordinating resolution paths.
- Lead complex end-to-end software integration projects with banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate the deployment of integration environments, including:
- On-premise deployments at customer sites, collaborating directly with their IT and infrastructure teams
- Cloud deployments through internal DevOps teams using platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP (e.g., submitting tickets)
- Assist with environment setup, configuration, access provisioning, and infrastructure readiness.
- Create and execute test plans tailored to each integration, validating business logic, data integrity, and technical behavior.
- Conduct deep testing through both manual techniques and tools (e.g., Postman, custom test scripts, observability dashboards), covering APIs, UIs, and data flows.
- Troubleshoot functional or technical issues and work closely with engineering teams to resolve them.
- Deliver feedback to Product and Engineering teams on platform supportability, usability, and field experience.
- Author and continuously improve internal and external documentation, including:
- Deployment manuals and configuration guides
- API walkthroughs and technical references
- Business-technical use case explanations
- Training materials and onboarding collateral
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders globally, across internal and external teams.
- Act as a first-line and advanced support escalation point, providing both technical and business-facing support.
- Triage support tickets, assessing severity, business impact, and appropriate routing.
- Investigate complex issues using logs, metrics, monitoring tools, and platform diagnostics.
- Route issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Dev, QA, DevOps, Product) with sufficient technical context.
- Coordinate with external software vendors and customer engineering teams to drive resolution.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure scalable and effective support processes.
- Identify recurring issues or customer pain points and report them to influence roadmap and quality efforts.
- Contribute to internal improvement efforts, including DevOps practices, observability, monitoring, and operational tooling.
- A highly motivated, technical and detail-oriented support engineer, able to work autonomously with minimal direction, passionate about learning new things and taking on new challenges
- 5+ years of experience leading complex software integration projects
- Work directly with medium to large size clients abroad and/or are intentional organizations, preferable both business and technology oriented contacts
- Proven expertise in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises deployments.
- Strong background in API integrations, cloud architecture and DevOps
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs
- Proven track record of driving execution, ensuring projects are delivered at scale with impact
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Experience with supporting a mixed operational model which includes SAS/managed services vs. on-prem model for B2B mid-sized to large global client organizations
- Support infrastructure using Linux/Kubernetes based implementations, with basic understanding of devops concepts a must
- Understanding how to support a distributed infrastructure that involves complex technical workflows that are accessible and initiated via varying and numerous API calls, and that connect to client/vendor heterogenous technologies
- Experience in various manual testing of API (e.g., Postman) and troubleshooting analysis tools (Grafana)
- Be able to write scripts in languages such as nodejs, python, etc. is an advantage
- Understanding the world of bitcoin, blockchains, and financial trading platforms a big plus
- Experience in FinTech and/or banks and financial institutions
