- Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs for GCC territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, digital prospecting, and participation in local fintech or financial expos.
- Develop and manage relationships with brokerage firms, financial institutions, and other relevant partners.
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations to clients based on their business needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure client satisfaction and onboarding success.
- Provide strategic insights and report on regional market trends, competition, and client feedback.
- Represent Leverate at industry events, conferences, and regional gatherings as the face of the company in GCC.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within the financial services industry - preferably in CFDs, forex, trading platforms, or fintech software.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines, close deals, and exceed quotas.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Deep understanding of GCC business culture and financial services landscape.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region for business meetings and events.
