- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly with clients and partners in German-speaking markets.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, obligations, and strategy in contractual matters.
- Support the sales and business development teams during deal structuring and client negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with German and EU legal standards relevant to the company’s operations.
- Liaise with external counsel as needed.
- Maintain and update contract templates and legal documentation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and finance.
- Law degree from a recognized university in Germany; admission to practice law in Germany is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of experience in contract law, preferably in a commercial or tech-focused environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Experience with real estate or real estate technology is a plus.
