Dynamic Strategy Development: Craft and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that captivates audiences and drives conversions.
Demand Generation Leadership: Spearhead initiatives that build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and boost brand visibility.
Content Marketing Excellence: Create engaging content that educates and converts target audiences while establishing our thought leadership.
Brand Identity Champion: Develop and nurture a compelling brand that resonates with HR professionals and C-suite executives.
Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product teams to align marketing efforts with strategic product roadmaps.
Performance Insights: Analyze marketing performance data to continuously refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Team Development: Inspire and mentor a growing team of marketing specialists to achieve excellence.

Technical Skills & Requirements

7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, especially in HR tech or enterprise software.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Familiar with HTML, CSS, and video marketing platforms.
Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data privacy regulations.
