A successful startup developing the next generation of electric drive systems based on control algorithms in the automotive sector.The company is located in Ness Ziona near the train station and employs approximately 100 people.Role Description:

Responsible for software quality of multidisciplinary products integrating hardware, communication systems, electronics, and embedded components.
Design and execute manual and automated software tests across development stages: unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
Write detailed test scenarios based on software and system requirements with thorough documentation.
Collaborate within an Agile environment alongside development teams, system engineers, integration, and hardware teams.
Analyze bugs, create detailed reports, and track solutions using Jira.
Support testing on HIL/SIL systems and simulators, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards.

Requirements:

4 years of experience in software testing.
Practical experience with manual and automated testing.
Experience writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Experience writing automation scripts (Java, Python, or other scripting languages) - advantage.
Experience with multidisciplinary systems (software, hardware, communication integration) - advantage.
Experience with bare-metal environments or similar communication protocols - advantage.
Experience working in embedded environments - advantage.
Familiarity with bug and test management tools - advantag
