A key role in a leading technology company!
Location: Petach Tikva (on-site).
Key Requirements:Provide business-oriented legal advice on a variety of legal matters.
Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, collaboration agreements, and distribution agreements. and provide legal support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Work closely with management and various departments to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice.
Advise on potential risks in contractual and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies.דרישות:5+ years of relevant experience at the technology, commercial department of top - tier law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a technology company.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements.
Knowledge and experience in data privacy laws and related regulations
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused advice.
Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of both legal and commercial implications of contract terms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with cross-functional teams, service-oriented.
