- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital banking products, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing, to build and launch new features.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products.
- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
- Advocate for a customer-first approach by leveraging user research, feedback, and data-driven insights.
- Spearhead initiatives to adopt and integrate emerging technologies into One Zero Bank’s ecosystem.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership on product priorities and progress.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product rollouts and adoption.
- 5+ years of product management experience from a tech company (fintech or payment area advantage).
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- The ability to verify, discover, and make decisions based on research and a lot of data.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
