About the Role**We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Design Team Lead (UX/UI) to join our growing team at Cyera.In this role, you will lead a team of designers while remaining hands-on in crafting end-to-end user experiences - from early-stage concepts and prototypes to high-fidelity designs and final implementation. You will be a key contributor to our design system and product style guidelines, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all touchpoints.At Cyera, we believe that user experience is a critical differentiator that drives product excellence and business success. As the Product Design Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the design strategy, mentor team members, and play a pivotal role in the evolution of our platform.
