- Own IT operations - Oversee hardware, software, and network infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Be the go-to tech expert - Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade IT systems to keep things running smoothly.
- Google Workspace (G Suite) Pro - Support, configure, and optimize Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and more.
- Manage user access & security - Keep our systems secure and user-friendly.
- Lead IT onboarding & offboarding - Ensure smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
- Drive automation & integration - Optimize workflows with Monday.com, Freshdesk, Slack, Integromat, Zapier, and more.
- Virtual servers & cloud - Manage and maintain Linux & Windows servers for maximum efficiency.
- Lead a small remote IT team - Assign tasks, set priorities, and mentor team members.
- Monitor IT costs & budgets - Keep IT spending in check while ensuring top performance.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk roles.
- Deep knowledge of networks, systems, and hardware.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.).
- Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) tools and cloud platforms - a plus!
- Experience with automation tools (Integromat, Zapier, Monday.com, etc.) - a big advantage.
- Fluent English - working in a global environment is second nature to you.
- Service-oriented, problem-solving mindset - you love tackling IT challenges.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and staying ahead of tech trends.
- Full-time, on-site role in Kiryat Ono - no remote work.
