**As Medical Engagement Manager within our Medical Affairs team, you'll implement country medical affairs plans and drive key initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, aligned with CSE medical strategy and the highest ethical standards. Conduct internal and external medical education, delivering scientific presentations at conferences to enhance disease and product knowledge
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, digital opinion leaders, scientific societies, and health authorities
Drive, coordinate and follow up on medical research projects and investigator-initiated studies, supporting company-sponsored clinical trials
Develop and execute local Medical Affairs plans and evidence generation strategies aligned with medical team objectives
Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functions to provide medical expertise and support pricing/reimbursement applications
Evaluate and approve marketing materials, clinical data, and scientific documents according to compliance standards
Organize and implement advisory boards and scientific meetings while addressing unsolicited medical questions

About YouEducation: Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD)Experience: Pharmaceutical industry background with proven experience communicating with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians/specialists and KOLsSkills:Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrategic mindset with results-driven approachStrong interpersonal skills with high initiative and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to coordinate resources and make balanced decisions in a fast-paced environmentLanguages: Business proficiency in English and fluency in Hebrew_**Why choose us?**_
