- Build and execute a regional sales strategy with a primary focus on the Israeli defense sector by expanding existing accounts and unlocking new verticals. In parallel, build and lead Elsight's presence across key APAC countries.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with defense integrators, government bodies, drone manufacturers, and local partners.
- Respond to tenders and RFPs and work closely with BD and technical teams to prepare proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including onboarding, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Represent Elsight at global trade shows, conferences, and defense industry forums.
- Report on pipeline, forecast, and regional trends.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in defense-related sales, preferably in ISR, UAV, C4I, or unmanned-connectivity/IoT systems.
- A strong grasp of Israeli MOD and APAC government procurement processes, including experience responding to tenders and navigating complex sales cycles
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, or local defense primes in APAC.
- Excellent Hebrew and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- A hands-on, execution-focused approach with the ability to build pipeline from scratch and drive results independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
