An Israeli startup in the Ad-Tech domain is developing a Machine Learning-based platform that operates autonomously across multiple global advertising exchanges in real time in the world of RTB (Real-Time Bidding).The company is located in Tel Aviv (close to a train and light rail station), operates in a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week, and currently employs around 80 people, all based in Israel.Founded in 2017, the company is bootstrapped, with no external investors. It reached profitability within its first year and continues to operate profitably today.Role Highlights:

Join a collaborative development team, reporting to a Team Leader.
Work with a production-grade C++ codebase on a Windows-based environment.
Be part of a fast-paced, real-time, high-performance engineering environment in the Ad-Tech space.
Tech Stack: C++ Windows

Requirements:

5 years of hands-on experience in C++ development - required
At least 80% of professional experience must be in C++ - required
Previous experience working in a Startup or Cybersecurity company - required
