Join us to shape the future of AI application security!As a Senior Data Scientist at Noma Security, you will be integral in building our Data & AI Lifecycle Security Platform, architecting advanced models to address critical application security challenges. You will take end-to-end responsibility for model development, owning every stage of the research lifecycle-from problem formulation alongside product teams to continuous monitoring and optimization. This role requires precise execution and a strong focus on business goals as we move quickly to deliver impactful solutions. In our fast-paced startup environment, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of AI Security.Who are we looking for:

4+ years of experience in data science.
3+ years of backend development experience.
Deep understanding of language models.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Strong understanding of product business value and experience developing lean, efficient solutions.
Demonstrated experience running end-to-end research POCs, from conceptualization to solution, including design, execution, analysis, and conclusions to solve real-world problems.
Advantage: Previous experience in leadership roles such as Team Lead or Tech Lead
