Leveraging our vast network and precise evaluation processes, we identify and recruit top executive talent to create lasting business impact.The RoleWe're looking for a highly experienced Director of Executive Search to lead and execute C-Level and VP hiring projects across Israel's most innovative tech companies. This is a strategic and hands-on role with high visibility and direct impact.What You'll Do

Lead full-cycle executive searches for C-Level and VP roles
Partner with clients' leadership to understand needs and define hiring strategy
Conduct market research, map talent, and engage passive candidates
Assess candidates using analytical and structured evaluation methods
Manage timelines, delivery, and client communication
Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Bring

8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including executive-level hiring - must
Deep familiarity with the Israeli high-tech ecosystem - must
Strong project management, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Advantage: experience in a recruitment leadership role (in-house or agency)
