- Guide each partner through onboarding and enablement phases, providing all necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
- Lead regular activities with partners, including business planning, discovering new opportunities, progress tracking, and ensuring goal achievement.
- Provide daily support to partners in business and technology development.
- Enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and help retain current customers.
- Enhance partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
- Make every effort to minimize churn and retain partners.
- Drive successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase the attachment rate of new services.
- Collaborate with all relevant departments at Acronis, including Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Management.
- Know Acronis products, understand Acronis’ key competitors and effectively communicate the unique differentiators ("kill points") of our products and solutions.
- Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required
- Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
