Their main objectives are to ensure partners receive high-quality support, foster their growth, and drive incremental revenue through effective use of advanced solution packages.You'll be the go-to guru for everything Acronis, smashing churn, boosting sales, and outsmarting our competitors—all while teaming up with an awesome crew across the company.   • Guide each partner through onboarding and enablement phases, providing all necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Lead regular activities with partners, including business planning, discovering new opportunities, progress tracking, and ensuring goal achievement.
  • Provide daily support to partners in business and technology development.
  • Enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and help retain current customers.
  • Enhance partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Make every effort to minimize churn and retain partners.
  • Drive successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase the attachment rate of new services.
  • Collaborate with all relevant departments at Acronis, including Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Management.
  • Know Acronis products, understand Acronis’ key competitors and effectively communicate the unique differentiators ("kill points") of our products and solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required
  • Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
