Head-On / Translink Israel is a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, business and marketing consulting, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We have led planning processes for our clients for over 25 years, providing them with hands-on assistance in implementation. We work with a wide variety of clients in all sectors of the market: industry, services, defence, agriculture, commerce, hi-tech, healthcare, TMT, and others.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time business and M&A consultant role located on-site in Ramat Gan, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements. The business and M&A consultant will be responsible for supporting strategy planning and implementation and the M&A processes from start to finish through in-depth analysis, market research, company valuation, and execution of transactions. The role requires working with diverse clients across different industries and accommodating their specific needs.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (M.A. degree preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic, business or M&A advisory

Demonstrated knowledge in strategy planning, financial analysis, and deal structuring

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and multiple projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present ideas and engage with clients

Fluency in Hebrew and English (speaking, writing, reading)

High capabilities in using Office tools (Excel, WORD, PPT…)

Experience and ability to work with AI tools
