- Lead HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
- Support, advise, and develop employees across all HR aspects, including change management
- Drive organizational culture initiatives and strengthen company values
- Partner and participate in recruitment processes
- Analyze HR data to identify and map trends
- At least 1 year of experience as an HRBP
- Experience supporting employees in a business organization
- Relevant Bachelor's degree - required
- Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead processes
- High level of independence, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and analytical thinking
- Service-oriented approach, proactivity, and high personal accountability
