Gaming Economy Expert

• Join the team behind an exciting, brand-new puzzle game.
• Help configure and update in-game currencies, rewards, and level design flow.
• Collaborate closely with level designers to embed economic decision-making directly into level progression, rewards, and booster usage.
• Monitor key economic KPIs and player behavior to detect imbalances or exploits. Use data insights to iterate and improve the game economy continuously.
• Create economic models and conduct A/B tests to validate design changes, pricing strategies, and feature updates.
• Work hand-in-hand with product managers, Level designers, analysts, monetization, and developers to align economic systems with the overall game roadmap and revenue goals.
• Keep the player experience front and center by ensuring fair, engaging, and scalable economic systems that reward mastery and strategic decisions.

• At least 2 years of Gaming Economy experience - Must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Passion for working with data and formulas.
• Technically savvy and quick learner.
• Experience with puzzle or merge mechanics, especially in mobile games
• Familiarity with SQL or game telemetry tools
• Knowledge of monetization models and player progression tuning
