Bootstrap company specializing in the Cloud domain. The company helps startups reduce cloud costs through expert guidance in building custom-tailored architectures, alongside a proprietary product that enables significant savings on EC2 On-Demand server costs with simple integration and zero risk.Located in central Israel, near a train line, with a hybrid model that includes one work-from-home day per week.The company currently has around 70 paying customers in Israel and abroad, a team of ~20 employees, and is experiencing significant growth.The role includes recruiting and leading the DevOps team, solving complex technical challenges, promoting a culture of learning, building infrastructure from scratch, and managing full end-to-end migrations to AWS and Kubernetes at large scale. Initially, the position includes a high level of hands-on involvement.Requirements-

5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in production environments
One year of experience in leading or managing a DevOps team
Proven hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, and IaC tools
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (or similar language) for scripting purposes
Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Aider
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of networking and core infrastructure concepts
Background in securing cloud environments
