A startup company in the Data and Storage domain is developing an innovative software product designed for large-scale enterprises with massive volumes of data. Their solution significantly reduces storage costs while dramatically improving data retrieval speed and efficiency.The company is located in Tel Aviv, near a train station, offers a hybrid work model with one day from home, and employs approximately 900 people globally, with 300 based in Israel.Valued at over $9 billion, the company serves enterprise clients worldwide, including severalFortune 500 companies. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company, take part in building complex, distributed systems, and enjoy excellent working conditions.Role Highlights-

DevOps Team Lead position
Managing a team of 3-4 engineers
50% hands-on development and infrastructure work
Reporting directly to a manager
Team responsibilities lean toward the Dev side, with significant coding in Python
Work across both Cloud and On-Prem environments, including virtualized infrastructures
Tech Stack: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Git, Ansible, AWS, On-Prem environments, Open-Source tools

Requirements-

6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer with strong ownership over cloud platforms for B2B SaaS.
Proven hands-on experience with AWS and either GCP or Azure.
Deep understanding and extensive experience with Kubernetes (Self-hosted, EKS or GKE) production environments.
Track record of building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using IaC (GitHub actions, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform).
Understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security principles, operating procedures and compliance issues.
Experience in defining and building observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemery, etc.)
Self-sufficient and reliable-can lead infrastructure work from whiteboard to release.
