- Maintain continuous communication with company clients (integrators and end-users) in Israel and abroad
- Collect, analyze, and define user requirements and write functional specifications
- Develop and deliver training sessions on system functionality to clients
- Provide advanced (high-level) technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Represent user needs to the development teams
- Perform system maintenance, version upgrades, and implementation of new modules
- Proven experience in implementing C4I or similar systems
- Broad systems perspective and experience in project management – significant advantage
- Ability to analyze systems, implement, test, and train users
- Willingness to conduct client training sessions and demonstrations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work with clients and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- High-level reading and writing skills in both Hebrew and English
- Willingness to travel for work in Israel and abroad – mandatory

- Experience in communication networks, including domain and user management
- Administrative-level knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
