We are looking for a skilled and experienced implementation specialist with a background in C4I (Command and Control) systems to join our leading team. The role combines technical work and customer support, working with both domestic and international clients. It includes responsibility for implementing advanced systems and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Maintain continuous communication with company clients (integrators and end-users) in Israel and abroad
Collect, analyze, and define user requirements and write functional specifications
Develop and deliver training sessions on system functionality to clients
Provide advanced (high-level) technical support and troubleshoot issues
Represent user needs to the development teams
Perform system maintenance, version upgrades, and implementation of new modules

דרישות:

Proven experience in implementing C4I or similar systems
Broad systems perspective and experience in project management – significant advantage
Ability to analyze systems, implement, test, and train users
Willingness to conduct client training sessions and demonstrations
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to work with clients and manage multiple tasks under pressure
High-level reading and writing skills in both Hebrew and English
Willingness to travel for work in Israel and abroad – mandatory
Spanish

Advantages:

Experience in communication networks, including domain and user management
Administrative-level knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience working with SQL databases
