To learn more about , visit our CyberArk or follow us on , or .Job DescriptionWe're looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Management Operations Lead to drive the cross-functional alignment and operational excellence required to successfully deliver products to customers. In this role, you will design and lead the processes that connect Product with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholder teams - ensuring a consistent and seamless experience from development through delivery and enablement.You'll help operationalize how we bring products to market, build internal communication channels, and structure feedback loops that allow the product organization to stay tightly connected to the voice of the customer and internal teams.Key Responsibilities
- Drive Cross-functional Product Delivery: Lead the coordination between Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure alignment around launches, rollouts, and enablement.
- Product Enablement Strategy: Establish frameworks and resources to help internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, etc.) deeply understand the product roadmap, functionality, and customer value.
- Internal Communication & Visibility: Own and improve channels for sharing product updates, decisions, and changes across the organization.
- Launch Readiness & GTM Coordination: Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to operationalize launch plans and ensure teams are prepared for feature releases or new product rollouts.
- Customer Feedback & Insights: Structure and manage scalable mechanisms to collect, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from frontline teams and customers into the product development process.
- Process Design & Optimization: Define and continuously improve internal workflows, handoffs, and documentation practices related to product release and communication.
- Tooling & Infrastructure: Manage the tools that support product collaboration, enablement, and stakeholder engagement (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Aha, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, program management, or a related role in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and experience working closely with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Operationally-minded with experience building scalable processes across departments.
- Proficient in knowledge management and communication tooling (e.g.,
- Confluence, Teams, etc.).
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise product launches and coordinating internal enablement programs.
- Background in customer experience, product marketing, or business operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk).
