- Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory.
- Help develop a comprehensive account/territory plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently.
- Grow & articulate compelling value propositions around ControlMonkey services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, including generating your own leads.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Your focus will be on the US market.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the cloud software space.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and ability to navigate complex enterprise deals.
- Expertise in utilizing B2B sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, etc.) to drive conversions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to adapt sales approaches in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance team performance.
- Passion for driving growth and making an impact in the cloud management industry.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Travel required.
- Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem and the cloud infrastructure landscape.
- Potential to grow into a sales leadership role and build a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Terraform is highly desirable.
