Sales Data Analyst

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales and shipments data from global distributors.
• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
• Manage and optimize internal databases (DB Sales, DB Shipments, e.g.) and interactive dashboards.
• Design, develop, and automate BI dashboards and reports using Power BI (or equivalent tools) to monitor KPIs, growth trends, forecasts, and sales patterns.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team to support strategic decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of data collection methods, reporting structures, and analytical tools.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Sales Operations role - must
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - must
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with large datasets, ERP/CRM systems.
• Solid knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages - an advantage
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
