You'll have room to stretch, lead, and leave your mark**.**💼 The Role: As a Field & Courier Operations Manager - Yaffo, you will lead and enhance the day-to-day performance of our couriers in the city. This hands-on role blends real-time problem-solving, people management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure smooth deliveries and exceptional service. You'll work closely with couriers, operations teams, and other departments to drive efficiency, satisfaction, and operational excellence.🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee real-time courier operations to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
Optimize courier supply by analyzing demand trends and implementing strategic actions.
Maintain fleet health by monitoring key performance indicators such as delivery time, cancellations, and courier reliability.
Develop and execute courier engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
Support courier onboarding, training, and compliance with operational standards.
Ensure high-quality service by addressing fleet-related escalations and problem-solving in real time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Expansion) to align operational strategies with company goals.
Implement data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and fleet utilization.
Monitor operational costs and optimize budget allocation for fleet management.
Conduct periodic performance reviews with couriers and take proactive measures to improve their productivity.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or courier management.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Fluency in Hebrew and Arabic required.
Proficiency in operational tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
