- Execute multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement
- Define and refine outreach processes for regular outbound efforts and ad-hoc initiatives (e.g., conferences, product launches).
- Continuously generate and manage prospect lists for targeted outbound campaigns.
- Book high-quality meetings for sales executives with mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Develop and test messaging strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze outreach performance, optimizing based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with sales executives to align outreach with pipeline goals and business priorities
- Refine qualification criteria and improve top-of-funnel efficiency
- Monitor key outreach metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously enhance conversion rates
- 5+ years of experience in sales roles within SaaS companies
- Proven success selling to mid-market & enterprise customers in the US market
- Strong sales orientation with a hunter mentality, skilled in cold calling and outbound Prospecting
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and other CRM & sales platforms
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC)
- Ability to define, refine, and execute outbound sales processes to improve conversion rates
- Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and communication skills
