If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us.****About The Role:****We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Business Operations to lead and optimize critical cross-functional processes for our innovative Workspace Security Division.This role is a key position reporting directly to the Director of Workspace Security Division and managing a team of 3 professionals (B.SC in Industrial & Management Eng).The role will include several areas related to Business Growth: Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Order management, MIS and Cross Division processes for Scaling the Business.As a manager, you will own, build, and streamline complex business processes that span multiple teams, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the division's rapid growth and integration within the broader organization.Key Responsibilities

MIS & Biz Apps: Oversee all Business Applications, system integrations, and automations supporting the entire Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.
Order Management: Manage sales operations processes, including deal closing verification and revenue consequences.
Data & Business Insights: Lead data analysis, BI reporting, OKR management, and measurement of cross-functional projects to drive actionable business insights.
GTM Infrastructure: Support go-to-market infrastructure for migration projects, including SDR, Sales, CSM flows, Partner deal registration, Customer support systems, CRM processes, and more.
Manage budget planning and tracking for Business Applications tools and related operational initiatives.
Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making through clear processes and robust operational frameworks.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Operations, preferably in the cybersecurity or high-tech industry.
Strong understanding of multi-layered business processes and how to build, optimize, and scale them.
Solid background in managing Business Applications, integrations, and sales operations workflows.
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, reporting, and KPIs.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive clarity in complex, ambiguous situations.
Experience leading and developing small teams.

****Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in GTM operations, RevOps, or Marketing/Sales Technology roles.
Deep technical expertise with GTM platforms especially Hubspot / Marketo, Salesforce, SAP.
Active Salesforce Administrator Certification; strong un and Experience : Understanding of standard and custom objects, reporting, automation (Flows, Forecast, Process Builder), validation rules, and permission sets.
Experience leading or managing full implementation projects - from discovery and vendor selection through launch and adoption.
Familiarity with change management and user enablement best practices for rolling out new systems to GTM.
Demonstrated ability to integrate complex tech stacks and optimize cross-functional processes.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
