- Own the end-to-end design vision across all user-facing experiences.
- Lead, mentor, Inspire and coach a team of designers (product + marketing) and UX writer fostering a culture of creativity, critique, supporting their growth and
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing, teams to align design priorities with business goals.
- Build and maintain design systems and tools to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across products and marketing materials.
- Evolve design standards, workflows, and tools to improve quality, collaboration, and speed.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier design talent to support the company continued growth.
- Oversee the UX writing function to ensure clarity, consistency, and tone of voice across all products.
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in mobile first categories.
- Deep understanding of UI-UX design, visual design, and UX research, alongside a sharp product and business sense.
- Empathetic team leader, coach, and collaborator.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Portfolio or body of work demonstrating excellent design taste, product thinking, and team impact.
