You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of our growing product and user base.About The Role:

Lead the design, architecture, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm, Crossplane.
Develop strategies for production growth, including multi-region setups, efficient networking layers, high availability active-active configurations, and Ccells architecture.
Ensure high availability and performance of micro-services through proactive and automation engineering efforts.
Work to integrate new infrastructure services and implement disaster recovery plans.

Our Stack: Kubernetes,ArgoCD -Gitops, Terraform, Helm, AWS, node.js, CDKTF, CrossplaneRequirements:

Proven experience with Kubernetes cluster management and scaling.
Experience in developing and maintaining infrastructure systems in large scale.
Strong background in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform (Crossplane Advantage).
Experience with multi-region and high availability architectures.
Knowledge of micro-services architecture and deployment practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
