- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to demos, negotiations and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with finance teams and C-level executives across segments and verticals in North America.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Represent Obol at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Act as the voice of the customer sharing feedback with internal teams and contribute to refining our value proposition.
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales (Mid-Market/Enterprise), with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, exceeding targets and achieving meaningful results in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Education: A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required. We value talent from all backgrounds and understand that the best candidates don't always follow traditional paths.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to finance teams and C-level executives.
