Systems Engineer | Central Israel | Aerospace Division, Systems Engineering PlantJoin a national leader in aerospace innovation. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex multidisciplinary system development projects in a dynamic engineering environment.The position includes:

Leading the engineering development of complex multidisciplinary technological systems

Writing system architecture and design requirement specifications

Integrating subsystems into full system solutions

Conducting tests and performance validation, including demonstration and proof-of-concept testing

Participating in internal and external engineering design reviews

Managing internal and external subcontractors

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics - required

Master's or PhD - an advantage

Israeli citizenship - required

At least 5 years of proven experience in leading the design process of complex systems - required

Experience in multidisciplinary aerospace technology projects - strong advantage

Familiarity with experimental testing processes - strong advantage

High-level English proficiency - an advantage

Experience in setting up and operating infrastructure facilities for aerospace projects - an advantage

Academic collaboration in Israel or abroad - an advantage
