- Support implementation teams on high-complexity deployments for enterprise customers.
- Manage and optimize Customer Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs).
- Lead rapid response efforts for critical customer issues.
- Deliver internal training to promote knowledge sharing and self-sufficiency.
- Lead technical expertise during complex POCs for enterprise customers.
- Consult on discovery sessions, scope definitions, and solution tailoring in collaboration with the Solution Consulting team.
- Provide structured market and customer feedback to the Product team.
- Represent the company in strategic customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and experience working with financial institutions.
- Proven experience working with global enterprise customers.
- Technical background with big data SaaS products (e.g., APIs, SQL).
- Experience in machine learning or AI - a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within EMEA.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Self-driven with strong learning agility.
