- Lead and execute the email marketing strategy of Bookaway.
- Build, improve, and maintain automated email flows to increase user engagement and retention.
- Implement and continuously optimize A/B tests on subject lines, copy, design, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates.
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, relevant content to users.
- Track and analyze email KPIs, ensuring data accuracy in Customer.io and Mixpanel.
- Monitor and improve domain reputation, deliverability, and compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Product team and Data Analysts to align on email marketing priorities and goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building, managing, and maintaining a CRM system in a B2C company is a must; experience in the Travel industry will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Understanding of email best practices for email creatives, templates, metrics and associated KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML and content management systems - an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to improve email performance.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries - an advantage
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
