Sales Enablement Specialist

- Support the design and execution of the SDR and Sales onboarding programs
- Create and manage learning materials, resources, and playbooks (decks, guides, FAQs)
- Organize and facilitate enablement sessions, workshops, and role-play scenarios
- Track enablement initiatives and gather feedback to continuously improve programs
- Manage the content repository to ensure materials are up-to-date and accessible
- Support certifications and assessments for new and existing reps
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales/ SDR team lead / Sales Enablement/ or similar roles in a global organization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience with coaching, training, and helping others succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience with tools like SFDC, Gong, Groove (or similar), and LMS platforms (Docebo specifically) is a plus
- A team player attitude and a proactive mindset
- High-level of English - a must
- Work alongside an experienced Enablement team and gain hands-on experience
