A Global Software company is looking for a talented Research Engineer who combines strong technical skills with a passion for data. You'll work at the intersection of ML, GenAI, MLOps, and data engineering to build and maintain cutting-edge solutions for workforce management in contact centers.This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.What You'll Do:

Develop and deploy ML models in production using Python and GenAI tools.
Build end-to-end systems for data ingestion, model training, and inference at scale.
Collaborate with data scientists on complex problems.
Analyze data from multiple sources to shape features and strategy.
Continuously improve model quality and system performance.

Requirements:Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in applied research or engineering.
Proficient in Python (Java is a plus).
Hands-on MLOps and cloud experience (AWS preferred).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
Experience in agile development.
