- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings

- Maintain up to date reports, files and archives
- Oversee all financial administration matters
- Coordinate all marketing administrative efforts
- Manage and coordinate all event-related activities
- Exceptional English
- High level of Hebrew
- Academic degree is essential
- Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptionally organized and competent individual
