A FinTech B2B2C company has developed an end-to-end management product for small businesses and freelancers. The company holds a runway of approximately a decade with funding rounds totaling around $500 million. Located in central Tel Aviv, the company operates a hybrid work model with two remote days per week. It employs about 250 people, with roughly 140 based in Israel.Role Description:

Develop AI systems as part of the ML Engineering team within the data group.
Take full responsibility for the ML lifecycle, including building end-to-end infrastructure for Feature Store, Training, Evaluation, CI/CD, and production Serving.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into solutions.
Construct scalable cloud pipelines.
Collaborate closely with Researchers, Product teams, and R&D to embed intelligent solutions into the product.
Key technologies include Python, MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Large Language Models (LLMs), Feature Store, and MLOps.

Requirements:

5 years of development experience - required (must have grown from a developer or Data Engineer role).
More than 3 years of experience in ML development, AI Engineering, or MLOps - required.
Experience with cloud platforms - required.
Proficiency in Python - required.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) - an advantage.
