- Global go-to-market strategy - segmentation, ICP, messaging, pricing, and channel mix across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Demand & pipeline engine - performance, content, ABM, events, PR, analyst relations-whatever drives qualified opportunities among CMOs and growth leaders.
- Team & partner build-out - hire A-players (PMM, demand gen, comms) and orchestrate agencies/freelancers worldwide.
- Data & ops - own the marketing stack, budgets, and KPIs; deliver board-level reporting on awareness, pipeline, and ARR impact.
- Launch culture - work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product and Sales to ship features, case studies, and category moments that move the needle.
- 10+ years in global B2B SaaS or MarTech marketing, with at least one tour as the first or very early marketing hire who scaled from near-zero to significant ARR.
- Proven builder: you've assembled teams, processes, and tooling from scratch-and delivered revenue, not vanity metrics.
- Fluent in brand + growth: comfortable shifting from high-level positioning to hands-on campaign optimisation.
- Gravitas to engage enterprise customers, analysts, and press-yet nimble enough for stealth-mode ambiguity.
- Executive presence: able to spar with product-minded founders and align C-suite peers around data-driven decisions.
- Native-level English; additional languages are a plus.
- Product-market proof: Fortune-level customers already paying and expanding.
- Blank canvas: no legacy brand or tech debt-design the MarTech playbook your way.
