- Review and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate international license delivery (physical dongles & cloud keys)
- Manage full order lifecycle across regions, tracking open cases and collaborating with Sales, TechOps & Support
- Lead syncs with Sales to clean pipelines and streamline processes
- Track requests/issues via Jira and internal systems
- Reporting & Analytics
- Build dashboards and KPI reports in Salesforce, Excel (Power Query), and BI tools
- Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, sales trends, and forecast accuracy
- Support executive reviews and strategic planning
- Salesforce & Quote Management
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Assist in quote generation, especially for renewals and subscriptions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, R&D, TechOps, and Customer Success to enhance the quote-to-cash cycle
- Prepare QBR materials with data-driven insights and regional highlights
- 2+ years in Sales Operations or Business Analytics (B2B SaaS/Tech preferred)
- Expert in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflows)
- Advanced skills in Excel & Power BI
- Experience working with global teams and across time zones
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and QBR prep
- A proactive, independent, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
