Our intelligent platform empowers organizations to connect their teams, simplify workflows, and close deals with efficiency and precision.**We are looking for an experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst to join our Finance Department, reporting directly to the CFO.This is a unique opportunity to own and lead the entire domain of business reporting and analysis across the company. You'll be the go-to expert for delivering high-impact insights to our executive team and driving data-informed decisions. While this is an individual contributor role, you will lead the function and collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders.What You'll Do

Lead the creation, management, and presentation of financial and business reports to support strategic planning
Partner closely with the CFO and other C-level executives to identify key business questions and provide actionable insights
Translate business needs into data models, reports, and visualizations to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Build and maintain dashboards that monitor company-wide KPIs
Work cross-functionally with BI, Sales Ops, and other departments to align on metrics and reporting standards
Identify and drive process improvements, efficiencies, and scalable solutions

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a B2B SaaS company
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of analytical domains
Strong experience in financial analysis, business modeling, and performance measurement
Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when working with senior leadership
Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex data
Experience working with or alongside Finance teams
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot - an advantage
