- Provide remote and phone-based support for internal and medical information systems
- Investigate incidents, perform basic log analysis, and document support tickets
- Resolve low to medium-level technical issues based on procedures or independent troubleshooting
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams
- Train users and create self-help guides
- Monitor recurring issues and proactively report them to relevant teams
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk (Windows environment)
- Strong technical orientation and familiarity with IT systems
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Fluent in Office and Outlook
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in accordance with SLA
