- Orchestration of the RFP's response from beginning till end meeting aggressive timelines
- Take E2E ownership of the Technical Proposed Solution in a professional manner.
- Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales processes, working closely with sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Engage internal and external resources to be involved in the response: Business Units, Delivery, Engineering, legal, finance, Third parties, etc.
- Manage the overall pricing of the solution
- Locating relevant technologies in the fields of HLS and Physical Security Systems
- Defining and writing the technical characterization, contacting suppliers, receiving proposals, and evaluating them.
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI's, etc.
- B.Sc. in electrical / electronic Engineering- a Must
- Has at least 5 years of experience in Technological Pre-Sale in the field of HLS and Defense from well known companies
- At least 3 years of Proven experience in the field of HOMELAND SECURITY and/or DEFENSE (Physical security systems, Communications, Radar systems, UAV's)
- Presentation skills - Ability to explain and present technical solutions.
- Excel - high proficiency
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Team Player, out of the box thinking, Proactive & Collaborative
- Work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Experience with leading Pre-Sale process.
- Analytical skills technical orientation- a Must
- Hebrew & English- very good level writing and verbal, additional languages- an advantage
- Ability to travel if needed.
