Strong content creation and video editing skills (Synthesia experience is an asset).
Solid grasp of HTML/CSS, particularly for newsletter and LMS customization.

**We're Hiring: Learning & Knowledge Systems Manager**6-month Maternity Leave Replacement**Hybrid - 3 days/week in office (Ramat Gan)We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Learning & Knowledge Systems Manager to join our Product team for a 6-month contract.This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, learning, and internal communications.**Over the past few years Coro has received $175M in funding and is one of the fastest growing Cybersecurity companies in the world. The funding is primarily being used to enhance the Coro Cybersecurity SaaS platform and for additional headcount growth, as Coro continues to expand globally.Coro started in Tel-Aviv, Israel and is also headquartered in Chicago, IL with additional offices in New York, London, and remotely across the globe. As a global organization, Coro gives you the ability to work with people and teammates from around the world.Coro's AI enabled Modular Cybersecurity Platform is the only one in the industry specifically designed to provide Mid-Market customers with scalable and affordable “enterprise grade” protection for all of their priority threat vectors.Responsibilities

Own and manage the company's Learning Management System (Docebo):
Handle user management, course administration, certifications, system settings, and technical troubleshooting.
Maintain and update internal LMS infrastructure using HTML/CSS customization.
Lead the implementation and support of Guru, our internal knowledge base:
Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and accurate content migration.

Content Creation & Instructional Design

Create engaging, scalable learning content using Synthesia and other multimedia tools:
Write, storyboard, record, and edit videos, quizzes, and certifications for employees and partners.
Work closely with internal departments to gather technical and functional knowledge, transforming it into effective training.
Apply instructional design best practices to ensure clarity, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.

Internal Communications

Design, write, and distribute a monthly department newsletter, incorporating updates, announcements, and product insights.
Use HTML and CSS to customize the layout and design, aligning with stakeholder preferences and brand standards.
