BYO Inc. is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Computer Science student to join our team as a part-time Quality Assurance & Model Evaluator.This role combines traditional software quality assurance with the evaluation of outputs from large language models (LLMs).The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has strong analytical skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience working with real-world AI systems.Requirements & QualificationsEducation

Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field (2nd or 3rd year)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python
Familiarity with SQL and working with databases
Exposure to data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib) - advantage

Expertise in Quality Assurance

Interest in software testing methodologies (functional, regression, etc.)
Ability to write and follow basic test plans (manual or automated)
Attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated content

Domain Expertise

Hands-on experience using LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, HuggingFace Transformers)
Interest in LLM and understanding the challenges of evaluating language models
Willingness to learn how to spot and report issues like hallucinations, grammar errors, and logical inconsistencies

Analytical & Communication Skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
High-level English (reading and writing)
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g, HuggingFace)
Experience with automated testing tools or scripting
Background in AI, ML, or data-related student projects
