The Sandbox is an early-stage incubator for hardware-based startups focused on defense and national security solutions for Israel and its allies. We provide technical, business, and go-to-market support, helping founders turn innovative ideas into field-ready products.Role OverviewWe're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Engineering Support team member to help keep our lab running smoothly and support the technical side of our work with startups. This role is ideal for an engineering student who wants to gain real-world experience with CNC machining, 3D printing, and product development in a fast-paced innovation environment.We value leaders and go-getters.
