- Executive Support & Coordination: Managing the MP's schedule, prioritize meetings and emails, and handle essential communications to maximize time and productivity.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Plan and prepare for meetings, from logistics to background research on participants. Document key notes, follow up on action items, and manage updates for the team and stakeholders.
- Task & Project Management: Organize and track tasks, ensuring timely completion across internal and external projects; manage status reports from partners and senior leadership.
- Comprehensive Administrative Support: Oversee travel arrangements, expense tracking, and logistical needs, maintaining high confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of administrative experience (preferably in tech or venture).
- Native or close to Native level English - must.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; ability to create compelling presentations and maintain structured records.
- Agile, resourceful, and eager to learn about venture capital and the startup ecosystem, with flexibility to work across time zones.
