- Identify new customers & business opportunities
- Manage & expand relationships with strategic accounts
- Tailor solutions to customers' needs
- Work closely with international suppliers
- Negotiate and close deals
- Provide technical and post-sales support
- Travel across Israel for client meetings
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electro-Optics, or Mechanical Eng.
- Experience in technical sales & B2B relationship building
- Strong technical understanding & fast learner
- Excellent English/Hebrew (spoken & written)
- Team player with great communication skills
- Background in optics/electro-optics - an advantage
