Sales Operations Manager

- Own and manage end-to-end sales processes across the funnel, from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain and optimize ERP and CRM platforms to ensure clean data, pipeline visibility, and workflow
- Managing pricing, quoting with senior management.
- Build the company's products dashboards and reports tools
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align goals and ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B tech/SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience with all ERP Priority modules - Must
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools a plus.
- Technically inclined with a broad understanding of IT systems
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a global work environment.
- Self-starter with a "builder" mindset - comfortable owning processes end to end.
