- Strategy development and problem-solving: Build an annual work plan based on market analysis, competitors, and opportunities, with the ability to propose solutions in unexpected and challenging situations.
- Project leadership and collaboration: Lead projects and collaborate with marketing, sales, digital, legal, and supply chain teams to support the brand's activities.
- Team training: Strengthen professional knowledge by leading and supporting sales teams in routine operations, and training new department managers by creating guides to increase knowledge and expertise in various sports categories.
- Performance analysis: Analyze sales metrics and report to the VP of Commerce and managers in the regional team. Formulate insights from campaign results and changes in product offerings and pricing.
- Sales forecasting: Build sales forecasts and goals by analyzing demand trends and refining sales forecasts according to product availability, promotional investments, and changes in sales floor space.
- Passion for sports - a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration - an advantage.
- Understanding of retail and commercial principles and experience in the field - mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of sports products in the fitness and running categories - mandatory.
- Strategic thinking and building detailed action plans.
- Proficiency in Excel.
