- Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees in Israel, the US, Ukraine, and the Philippines
- Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and business applications
- Manage IT setup for local and global company events and meetings
- Participate in IT projects involving new technology implementations, standardization, and system upgrades
- Support information security initiatives and contribute to ISO and SOC certification processes
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, in a mid-sized organization (100+ employees)
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with managing cloud-based & SaaS services
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
